When it's time to move, you'll need a coach! Someone who is experienced in your market who can help you from start to finish. Estimating a market value for your home, advising you on how to make your home shine, what repairs are necessary to bring out the most market appeal, and helping you create your home's best first impression! Next we'll discuss our marketing strategy who's goal is to get your property in front of the most prospective buyers - though professional photography, drone photography, advertising and marketing through various channels including MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com; Facebook, Linked-in and more. We'll be able to do virtual showings and in-person showings with appropriate precautions. We'll negotiate purchase contract, attend home inspections, respond to home inspections request through negotiations as well as having resources available to help with repairs. We'll keep Sellers on track with all sensitive dates to keep the contract moving, as well as help with all necessary paperwork throughout. We'll keep you up to speed with all of the necessary tasks ahead of time so that you will not be stressed. Our goal is to keep you informed and in that way reduce the stress of selling and moving - which is an emotional experience.
